About Your Coach Yvonne

Yvonne began her career with Microsoft in Sydney, before travelling the world with the software giant. Returning to Australia she created the Ms Megabyte persona leading to a national media profile and a best- selling book teaching everyday Australians to love technology.

Yvonne soon received invitations to speak and MC at corporate events with traditionally male-skewed speaker programs. She has since worked across a wide industry base including government, education, enterprise, small business, industry, marketing and tech.

Famous for working closely with event teams, Yvonne offers innovative ideas where needed across the agenda, speakers, delegate experience, sponsor & exhibitor value, venues, theme, messaging and marketing.

Yvonne coaching philosophy

Yvonne Adele has studied successful presenting for 20+ years. Starting her business career in tech support and training with Microsoft across Australia, the US and the UK, Yvonne then returned to Australia and built a training business along side a national TV profile as the IT Reporter for the Today Show. This led to regular radio, magazine and speaking engagements.

As you can imagine, presenting across this diverse range of platforms hones a skill like nothing else can. Yvonne has evolved into one of Australia’s most booked MCs, coming up as the 1st speaker site on Google for ‘female conference MC’.

In this role as MC of 1-3 day live and virtual events, Yvonne falls naturally into the role of coach for any speakers feeling nervous or needing a little encouragement. She is the go-to speaker on Twitter for quick tips and is regularly coaching a handful of speakers at any given time – from business managers to professional speakers to athletes and celebrities.

Method:

As your coach, Yvonne will determine your own learning style and adapt to that. She can adapt between boot-camp, take-no-prisoners, get it done Vs gentle encouragement and baby steps towards milestones to reach your goal.
